As part of several appearances which will include schools such as Harvard, Facebook founder, president and CEO Mark Zuckerberg will make a stop in Pittsburgh to speak at Carnegie Mellon University.
The November 8 event will be by invitation only, and geared to engineering and computer science majors.
Facebook was co-founded as a private company in 2004 by Zuckerberg and classmates Dustin Moskovitz, Eduardo Saverin, and Chris Hughes while students at Harvard University.
Zuckerberg was named Time magazine’s 2010 Person of the Year, and his personal wealth was estimated to be $17.5 billion. as of 2011.
