Pittsburgh Ballet Theater Presents ‘A Streetcar Named Desire’

Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre will present John Neumeier’s adaptation of the Tennessee Williams classic A Streetcar Named Desire at the Benedum Center March 9-11.

Though “toned down” to be more appropriate for a wider attendance, Streetcar is recommended for mature audiences.

PBT is the first ballet company in the US to present a ballet version of Streetcar. The production will be an athletic and very emotional one, presented from Blanche’s point of view.
